A portrait of the executive.
Summer Grays operates in a category very few people own — the working intersection of wellness and technology. She builds clinical operations and consumer software with the same hand.
Summer began her career in healthcare administration, learning the operational discipline of regulated care from the inside. She founded Mercy Angels Hospice with a thesis that proved durable: standards before scale, compassion as infrastructure, and documentation as dignity. Mercy Angels has since grown into a Medicare-certified, JCAHO-accredited hospice generating $2M+ in annual revenue across a team of 110, serving central Indiana families through end-of-life care, bereavement support, and clinical excellence.
In March 2026, she launched My Butler AL — a lifestyle and social technology platform built on user-based content curation, decentralized data ownership, and immersive visual experiences. The name is intentional: AL refers to Alfred, the butler archetype, not artificial intelligence. The platform is service-first, a product designed by an operator who learned attention from the bedside.
Summer also appears on Indy Bosses, the entrepreneurship-focused reality series directed by Yandy Smith and Kim Osorio — bringing executive presence to the cultural conversation around midwestern enterprise.
Her work is read across SHEEN Magazine, The Source, Hollywood Unlocked, Hoodline, The Hype Magazine, and Getty Images editorial. She is sought after for speaking engagements at the intersection of healthcare leadership, technology, and women in enterprise.
Summer operates between Los Angeles and Indianapolis. Her work is grounded in a single principle: build with intent, scale with discipline.
